SUBJECT: Reference Letter
Wszechnica UJ designed a training programme “New opportunities” for Puratos Polska Sp. z o.o. and delivered it December 2009 – February 2010. The aim of the project was to develop the model of manager competencies in the organization and to direct the management development path towards the coaching culture. The programme involved: workshop on diagnosis of the team competencies, individual coaching, 360-degree feedback and team development plan workshop.
Delivered training demonstrated great subject matter expertise and valuable experience in designing competency models, performance evaluation and employee development. The project was well adjusted to our organization and our needs and helped us improve its effective functionality.
